Neurodivergent adults — autistic, ADHD, late-diagnosed, or newly self-aware — who are navigating work, relationships, identity, or big life transitions. I work especially well with people early in their careers who are trying to figure out the rules nobody taught them.
Therapy focuses on healing the past. Coaching focuses on building the future. I’m not a therapist and I don’t treat mental health conditions. I’m a thinking partner who helps you understand your brain, build strategies that work for your wiring, and take action toward what you actually want.
Sessions are 50 minutes via video. We start where you are, work through what’s in the way, and leave with clear next steps. No agenda imposed. You drive.
I hold a PCC credential from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and serve as an ICF Mentor Coach. I’ve spent a decade coaching people and teams, and I bring my own lived experience as a neurodivergent person to every session.
